You Spell on Me

Marc De Corte presents "You Spell on Me", an exhibition of his sculptures, on view from October 1st to 31st, 2026, at Art Yī Gallery in Brussels. Born in 1974, De Corte's work is characterized by sculptures that capture frozen movement, described as "dancing figures" that embody life and narrative.

The collection features fluid lines and expressive gestures, aiming to give shape to unspoken emotions. Each piece is intended to capture fleeting moments, feelings, dreams, or memories, and the exhibition aims to evoke a lasting impression akin to a spell, suggesting that movement and gesture hold underlying emotions and stories.
